In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ImageToPrompt.xyz provides web-based AI tools, including but not limited to Image-to-Text conversion (Prompt Generation), Text-to-Image generation, and 3D Model generation. These services are powered by artificial intelligence models hosted by third-party providers (such as Cloudflare Workers AI).

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to:

  • Generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy.
  • Generate NSFW (Not Safe For Work), adult, or sexually explicit content. Doing so may result in an immediate ban.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Upload images containing personal sensitive data or private information of third parties without consent.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service or its underlying APIs.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs (text, images, 3D models) may be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate.
  • ImageToPrompt.xyz does not guarantee the uniqueness, accuracy, or quality of the generated content.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use the generated outputs.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your original inputs.
  • Service Content: The design, code, logos, and interface of ImageToPrompt.xyz are the property of the site owners and are protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

This site and its components are offered for informational and creative purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. Under no circumstances will ImageToPrompt.xyz be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
